[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]
- Consider on going and emerging SSG policy and strategic developments in the management of the Appeals Framework for timely alignment with the larger strategic intent of SSG.
- Monitor public feedback and appeals relating to SFLP policies and process, or key issues and adopting a customer centric mindset when providing responses.
- Articulate succinctly or write concise and well-crafted message to explain SFLP policy intent in relation to strategic direction of SSG to different stakeholders and members of public.
- Understand the IT various systems and its dependencies to the SFLP systems to identify opportunities for transformation from a design thinking perspective for a better user journey experience.
- Prepare reports for senior management to them update of key issues which will require intervention at the policy or systems level.
- Using Data to glen insights on effectiveness of SFLP implementation from public feedback to inform and refine policies/processes.

2) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as other government agencies, enterprises, community organizations and vendors to ensure smooth policy implementation of SFLP.
- Engage relevant stakeholders by developing the value proposition for them to come on board the SFLP to support quality courses under SFLP.
- Facilitate the onboarding process of public agencies and ensuring timely listing of courses on MySF course directory by bringing the relevant parties together to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Exercise judgement to flag important stakeholders and issues to management in a timely manner.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualifications
- Up to 7 years of experience in partner or customer engagement and account/programme management
- Able to interpret and translate policies and regulations into actionable plans that align with organisation’s goals.
- Ability to design communication strategies from a customer-centric perspective.
- Possess strong communication skills to establish clear channels of communication and manage partner expectations.
- Ability to work directly with internal and external stakeholders to address bottlenecks and resolve key issues.
- Able to analyse and think critically to develop creative ideas and innovative solutions to address complex issues.
- Resourceful self-starter with strong business acumen who can rise to challenges and meet implementation deadlines effectively.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills to articulate thoughts and ideas.
- Strong team player who can work independently.
