[What you will be working on]
- Use human-centred design methods such as UX audits, design research, journey mapping etc to identify experience gaps with existing digital products and touchpoints
- Produce UX design recommendations and UI enhancements to close experience gaps and improve SSG’s digital services
- Iterate recommendations and enhancements based on user and business stakeholder feedback
- Work with contracted vendors to deliver changes and enhancementsConduct usability testing when necessary
- [What we are looking for]
- Enjoys problem solving and able to clearly articulate point of view
- Proficient in UI tools such as Figma
- Prior experience in building design systems is a plus
- Strong writing skill is a plus
- Basic experience in software engineering will be an added advantage
- Interest or knowledge in AI, machine learning or algorithms is a plus
- A team player and committed to work assigned
- Can work well under pressure and given timelines
- This is a 2-year contract position
