2. Provide administrative support to the operations department in store, asset & inventory management and control

3. Provide support to clinical department for admission, billings and updating of visiting schedules

**Job function**:
1. Administrative support for front desk operation
- Management of incoming vendors, service providers, visitors and medical transport
- Manage basic electronic visitor management system and generate monthly/weekly reports
- Manage enquiries on Charis Manor Nursing Home services and be first point of contact

2. Provide support to clinical department for admission of residents
- Coordinate residents’ admission procedures and documentation
- Consolidate monthly residents’ billing and generate summary reports
- Liaise with finance on related billings to residents
- Coordinate with nursing team for conveyance of residents to and from other healthcare institutions.

3. Provide administrative support to the operations department in store, asset & inventory management and control
- Store management and upkeep of stock status
- Management of office and medical supplies (receiving & distribution)
