The role consists of HR Services responsibilities that will provide fundamental foundations for individuals seeking to build a career in HR. At the same time, the role will help design and implement programmes and initiatives that are impactful for the organisation.

General day to day responsibilities may include but not limited to the below:

- Drive the strategy for HR analytics and working across multiple data sources for design and development of useful metrics, dashboards, analysis and data reporting to support a variety of HR and business initiatives
- Contribute to HR operational excellence by ensuring 100% data accuracy at all times
- Support the exploration & implementation of new technologies relevant to the future of work by collaborating effectively with colleagues across functions as well as external vendors
- Support in all HR systems-related activities including project activities
- Understand different various regional-specific regulatory and statutory requirements and how these can be met with
- Support & contribute to initiatives to drive operational efficiency in the HR process using technology
- Support the development & deployment of people dashboards and HR metrics to provide actionable insights for KSL leaders
- Optimise and implement new data processes and systems
- Gather functional and design requirements for implementation, enhancements, and system changes
- Conduct all testing activities for implementation, enhancements, regular system updates and proposed functional changes in the system
- Serve as an in-house functional specialist to troubleshoot issues and provide HR Systems support as needed
- Conducts HR systems training for end users and manages all communications relating to the system
- Update and develop new HRIS process documentation, training and Quick Reference Guides for end users so that using HRIS will become user intuitive for the end users
- Deliver operational excellence by always ensuring 100% data accuracy
- Drive RPA / system enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or similar discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in HR Operations/ HR Services
- Independent, resourceful and willing to learn
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems advantageous
