Singapore JOB ALPHA ASSOCIATES Full time

**Client**:Engineering Company

**Location**:AMK Area (Near Bus Stop)

**Remuneration**: $2000 - $3000 (Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability)

**Work Hours**:5 days work week / No shift

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'O' level
- Possess good communication skills and positive attitude
- Daily work order processing of repair and maintenance appointments, creation of quotation and DOs for internal and external customers.
- Proposing of chargeable maintenance work to end users, e.g general servicing, steam cleaning, etc.
- Checking of stock and reservation of spare parts for technician to bring along during appointment.
- Follow-Up of work orders and update records in system until closure of job.
- Administrative support, filing and scanning. Any other work assigned by Supervisor.
