**Responsibilities**:
Liaise and assist our customers to achieve a superior level of customer service. Attend to troubleshooting and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Supports Sales and Customers in both pre & post-sales contexts
Pre-sales activities include customer consultations, customer site-based demos, workflow studies, and support for scientific meetings.
Assess customer requirements and advise the sales team on the most appropriate products and solutions to fulfil these requirements.
Post-sales activities include customer training, implementation of new platforms at customer sites, and troubleshooting
Successfully implement roll out, correlations, customer training, relevant validations and transitions of flow cytometry hardware and reagents at new and existing customer sites.
Interacting with Cytobank Software development and QA teams to troubleshoot technical issues and defining requirements for bug fixes
Achieve revenue and margin targets in the assigned territory.
Coordinate activities in the key accounts, either competitive or existing customers, in his/her territory, with colleagues from other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Undertake training courses or development programs as required to improve personal levels of knowledge and skill to the level required to meet personal and company objectives.
Responsible for understanding and hosting customer agreements, such as understanding customer needs amendment request as it relates to Data Security and service requirements (Required for Enterprise Customers)
Based in Singapore with Regional Travel up to 40%

**Requirements**:
At least BSc in Bioscience or related studies.
Knowledge in Flow Cytometry
Knowledge Cytoflex would be highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience working with multi-color flow cytometers.
Demonstrated ability with setup and operation of multicolor panels.
Demonstrated ability in the operation of Cell Sorters
At least 2 years of Experience with Software packages eg Spade, ViSNE, CITRUS, FCS Express, Kaluza is essential
Ideally experience with sales CRM system (SFDC)
The ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of laboratory staff including lab staff, executive management, and key opinion leaders
A high level of self-motivation ensuring the ability to work under mínimal supervision
Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritise projects
Excellent Presentation skills
Fluent in written and verbal English skills.
Proven computer literacy in tools like MS Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
