We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Application Specialist.

Job Description:

  • Participate in the development and co-management of flow-cytometry strategies in clinical hematology, research, and industrial applications.

  • Support sales and marketing teams in achieving annual sales/marketing targets for Sysmex's Flow-cytometry business unit.

  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to existing and potential users of Sysmex products and distribution channels in the region.

  • Work closely with local teams, corporate teams, and distributors to expand business prospects.

  • Collaborate with customers in healthcare and research facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product knowledge by receiving and gathering information on product specifications, modifications, upgrades, and new products.

  • Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge by suggesting continuing education programs to management.

  • Conduct application and theoretical training for distributor representatives and end-users.

  • Develop and maintain product knowledge among distributors through training materials and other resources.

  • Handle product-related complaints and issues, providing excellent troubleshooting assistance.

  • Maintain regular communication and continuous contact with subsidiaries and distributors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Clinical Flowcytometry lab, focusing on leukemia and lymphoma.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and conduct.

Additional Information:

  • Ability to travel 20-40% of the year.

  • Occasional after-hours work may be required.
