**What the day will look like**

The Head of Technology will support across global, regional and local leadership to bring technology solutions across Aon. You will support global business lines (including Risk Capital and Human Capital), regional cross-functional leadership teams, global and regional shared operations and global technology teams. Key partners for this role include APAC CEO/COO/CFO, Global CTO/CSO/SL COO’s, as well as the regional technology leaders across NA, EMEA, UK and LATAM.

Aon lead and work as a global team with shared priorities across global, regional and local. The role will lead significant change while working as a team to simplify the sophisticated, lead trade-off’s, serve clients and colleagues while having high impact.

Key responsibilities include:

- Accountable to partner with regional COOs and regional leadership to deploy and drive adoption of global and regional technologies.
- Accountable to represent APAC regional requirements are being delivered in global product delivery where applicable through differentiating global standards from regional requirements and local regulatory needs
- Work closely with teams to drive regional requirements and deployment of global products, platforms, and services.
- Contribute to development of roadmap development with Product owners to ensure regional and countries requirements are included in product roadmap.
- Advocate for adoption of leverage capabilities and products across regions
- Align with global governance, architecture and standard to deliver consistent solutions.
- Drive process changes that align with Product strategy
- Primary POC for all things technology in the region
- Develop and align on initiative portfolio that meets the ambitions of product adoption and regional and country requirements.
- Ensure joint initiatives are set up for success and align with the corporate strategy.
- Communicate with business leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals to see how they align with established roadmaps and business priorities.

- Experience with Enterprise Architecture to map technology needs to existing capabilities to deliver requirements to clients and colleagues
