**Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Product Proposition, the role provides support in the product development process to ensure customer-centric solutions are launched on time to achieve TLB’s vision in the High Net Worth and upper affluent market. Solutions include new products, enhancements to existing products and promotional product based campaigns. It will provide project management support, including planning and organization of documentation, risk management, team leadership and communication.

- New product solutions that are relevant to the target market(s) and customer segment
- Enhancements to existing product solutions that increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the proposition
- Promotions that are relevant to the target markets(s) and customer segment
- Actionable insight on market trends, customer needs and business opportunities
- Product development initiatives being implemented on time to meet their overall delivery goals
- Good relationship with internal peers and external distribution partners
- Proactive and effective communication across the organization

**Responsibilities
- **Lead “Take to Market” product solutions. **Create and implement successful launches of new products, enhancements and campaigns, coordinating with Sales & Distribution, Marketing, IT, Actuarial and other stakeholders where appropriate.
- **Monitor and share project progress. **Keep track of progress, share timely documentation with all stakeholders.
- **Manage issues and risks. **Monitor issues that may jeopardize project delivery, work with stakeholders to resolve, escalate when necessary. Manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
- **Deliver on time and to budget. **Ensure product projects meet their overall goals with regards to timely launch and development cost.
- **Be a great communicator. **Orchestrate with smooth and proactive communication across the organization and manage relationship with external distribution partners.
- Handle special projects and other assignments as delegated.

**Requirements
- Possess a university degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry including life insurance product development and implementation. Prior working knowledge of product marketing in the High Net Worth market, understanding its competitive context and product offerings, will be a strong advantage
- Able to communicate well externally and internally with fluency in English and other languages
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders up, down and sideways.
- Possess the customer orientation mindset and business acumen
- Ability to independently complete complex projects/studies
- Resilient in handling multi-tasks with tight deadline and good time management skill.
