Role and Responsibilities
Serve as a business partner to line leaders deliver all the PX services. A critical aspect to the role is to understand the business objectives and work with the business leaders to implement end to end talent acquisition, employee onboarding, offboarding activities as well as any general PX related tasks relating to any colleague movement / transfer as well as providing key support to deliver PX project/s as necessitated by the business. The incumbent will also become a member of the PX team delivering prompt, quality PX services to meet all the demands and requirements of a fast-moving business environment. The incumbent shall execute on the PX Client Facing, operational and administrative activities in the areas of:
- Talent Acquisition Process & Solutions- Recruitment- Expatriate and International Assignment Management- Talent Management Activities- Employer Branding Activities- Compensation & Benefits Administration and General PX Operations- Data / People Analytics - Generate monthly KPIs- General Operations- Projects
Talent Acquisition Process & Solutions- For continuous improvement, review and amend the existing Talent Acquisition processes (e.g. recruitment / interview / on-boarding / off-boarding process flows & associated templates with alignment to Pfizer process, policies & embedding Pfizer values as applicable); ensure efficient / effective / consistent implementation across all internal recruitment activities.- Manage implementation of psychometric testing for new hires on relevant positions. This includes vendor management, directing test administration, managing assessment records (e.g. tracking, recording, organizing, filing, reporting), communication of results to stakeholders.
Recruitment- Support full life cycle recruitment needs (e.g. pre-employment, selection, medical screening, salary proposals and offer) for the business including direct sourcing, agency partnering (recruitment forms, and RPOs), consultative skills, and compensation, ensuring that every stage from the raising of hiring requisition to final appointment is carried out in accordance with Pfizer operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles and MOM guidelines.- Support the recruitment activities of interns (e.g. transacting the hiring activity in Workday for issuance of the Letter of Agreement), as may be requisitioned by the managers from time to time.-
- Achieve recruitment metrics against agreed targets.- Execute action plans on diversity and inclusion. Ensure business recruitment strategy includes recruitment and retention of diverse employees.- Develop sustainable solutions to support an effective on-boarding of all new employees and delivering the new hire orientation program.- Manage all activities involving the off-boarding (e.g., internal stakeholders exit notification, partner with payroll on final pay processing, conducting exit interview, exit clearance) of colleagues in compliance with internal Pfizer processes, policies and MOM regulations.
Expatriate and International Assignment Management- Manage all expatriate and international assignment related matters and activities.
Talent Management- Support the talent management program with the development of templates, talent data collection/collation pre and post talent review.- Implement a systematic process to track and report on the progress of development actions arising from the talent management sessions.
Employer Branding- Support the development of the employer branding (EB) strategies and lead the implementation of the tactical activities ensuring alignment with site objectives and stakeholders.- Assess feasibility & effectiveness of various platforms and evaluate effectiveness of the company’s current online / offline presence.- Develop, set-up and manage multi-media recruitment / branding campaigns to promote job openings and career opportunities internally (e.g. ensuring visibility of the open positions, leveraging on employee referral program) and externally (e.g. identify new recruitment social media opportunities such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital avenues); develop creative ways to highlight / shoutout Pfizer career opportunities to draw prospective talents.- Partner with government agencies on industry niche programs and leverage on these for intake of fresh graduates or career shifters for training and potential employment (e.g. EDB, e2i); collaborate with academic institutions to increase / intensify brand awareness among the future workforce to attract internship enabling exposure of young (future) tale
