This position is responsible for supporting the Quality assessment of potential Business Development opportunities and External Suppliers by Due Diligence, Scoping visits and impact assessments for GSK Network changes. Depending on project scoping, the role will also provide the oversight and management of the Quality plan relating to the implementation of divestments or integration of assets.

This role needs to establish effective working relationship with the key contacts of the assigned project teams and senior Quality stakeholders, to ensure GSK's product quality and reputation is protected during engagement of external teams to support the implementation of strategic GSK network and portfolio changes. These include key contacts with (but are not limited to) Quality, Regulatory, Business Development, Strategy, Site Management and others.

**In this role YOU will..**
- Assess potential External Partners through Due Diligence activities to identify key risks or required Quality Improvement activities.
- Lead the current state/future state analysis for Quality functional deliverables for various Business Development or Network strategy projects.
- Manage audit readiness activities for new External Supply sites or changes in the GSK network.
- Lead Quality Agreement negotiations between internal and external stakeholders and signatories.
- Identify and manage Quality and Compliance risks that arise from projects while ensuring effective and timely registration through information flow.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement of processes, value creation, and cost savings without compromising compliance, quality, or customer service.

- Degree in Quality Management, Science or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of cGMP
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Risk Management capabilities
- Knowledge of applicable manufacturing and packaging processes and basic technical competence

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:
**Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply**:

- Biological products and process technical competence
- Product development competence
- Quality Management of external supply sites
