**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute operational and implementation strategy and roadmap to the Infra BU and client requirements.
- Define and review key performance indicators (SLA consistency, critical cycles, end to end measurements, etc.) that identify the success of the services being utilized.
- Standardize processes and procedures, focused on an end-to-end process perspective.
- Partner with BU teams on stability opportunities based upon reporting/trending findings as well as operational readiness.
- Collaborate on incident triage bridges ensuring the quickest possible mitigation, including troubleshooting/triaging capabilities and recommendations for incident mitigation.
- Provide updates on significant announcements (technical/ business-related including change restrictions) with potential impact to the production environment.
- Ensure compliance as is crucial on areas linked to VA and patch management including Zero Day vulnerability and quick turn-around time to respond.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering or equivalent
- At least 14 years of demonstrable experience leading teams (members are based locally & in India)
- Full understanding of the computer, storage, backup and systems management operations processes and practices to support the day-to-day operations.
- Ensure consistent service delivery, including Service Level Management, Organizational Change, and Incident Management
- Experienced in supporting VMware, Windows, Linux, Citrix, Cisco UCS, Azure AD, Multi-tier storage and backup infra with integration to AWS is mandatory.
- Excellent customer service-oriented skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, with the ability to take methodical approach to activities such as data analysis & stability trending.
- Proven technical background to be able to discuss architecture, hardware and software, and ability to establish a forward looking strategy for the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to form trusted working relationships with business unit partners through teamwork and improved effective communications.
- Willing to work in demanding and competitive environment.
- Certifications in ITIL Foundation and PMP certification is a plus
