About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AVP, Transformation Management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and operational efficiency through strategic planning, project management, and team collaboration.

  • Develop and implement Group-level transformation strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and execute Group-level transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices and company guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders across business units to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide guidance and support to team leads and stakeholders on good practices in transformation and project management.
  • Independently manage and drive projects, coordinating with different stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Work closely with external advisors and internal Business Units to re-engineer business processes and enable agile decision making.
  • Foster buy-in and drive results to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, preparing and presenting internal papers for project approval as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or management.
  • 7-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or transformation-related work in large organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive strategies and build relationships.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working independently and with a team.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with competing resources and deadlines.
  • Experience in organizational, business, and process design and execution, project and team management.
