The AGM/AVP SCM Transformation position requires a candidate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in SCM outsourcing, with a focus on Transformations for at least 9 to 10 years. The role involves leading Transformation programs within the SCM domain and ensuring compliance with contractual Productivity commitments by working closely with Delivery/Account teams.Deep expertise in SCM Domain is essential for this role, with industry-specific knowledge being an added advantage to drive Transformations effectively. The responsibilities include conceptualizing and delivering end-to-end SCM Transformation solutions for customers, including the formulation and deployment of Digital Assets & Analytics solutions.The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers to understand their current landscape, infrastructure, and business challenges in order to identify key areas for Transformation and develop a transformation roadmap accordingly. Leading engagement, design, and change processes to meet customer requirements and enable the successful implementation of Digital solutions is a crucial aspect of the role.Moreover, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing, guiding, and enriching Transformation proposals leveraging deep domain knowledge in SCM. Working with Project/Program Leaders and customers to enhance the quality of project output, driving efficiency, and value creation across operations, as well as coordinating with customers for the review and approval of deliverables are also key responsibilities.The candidate should be flexible to work in global working hours and possess key skills in Supply Chain Management, Transformation, Six Sigma, and Lean. The role is based in PAN INDIA (except Delhi) within the ITES/BPO/KPO industry, specifically in the ITES/BPO/Customer Service functional area.This is a Full-Time, Permanent employment opportunity with the Job Code GO/JC/227/2025 and the Recruiter Name Hemalatha.,
