**JOB PURPOSE**
- To lead a team of Operations Executive/Officer in daily operations and first level operational escalations
- Act as main contact point for identified customers, having full ownership of respective key account/s both operationally and commercially except major tenders/higher level escalations to be taken up by Key Account Manager/s

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To achieve customer excellence through operational excellence, business solutioning and continuous improvement. Network Offices / Key Account Management & Global Key Account Management teams through effective and efficient responses to customer enquires, issues and problems
- Act as control tower to answer to all queries raised by global KN/customer stations and assume full operational responsibilities
- To be involved in process management and review, problem anticipation and resolution, customer feedback management for assigned customer(s)
- To provide internal/external customers with spot quote requests including Out of Gauge (OOGs), breakbulks and charters
- Manage administrative duties including timely acknowledgement of vendor invoices & E-Bill, and closing of weekly Forwarding Sub-Ledger (FSL)
- Maintain healthy Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), follow up overdue invoices and settle disputes (if any)
- Perform Customer visit(s) when required together with the Account manager or Department Director
- Understand respective account/s performance and ensure positive financial health
- Manage and prepare shipment reports as and when required by customer(s)
- Focus on key account/s profit and losses by understanding market trends and negotiating for the most optimal cost to secure business or project with the maximum profit based on business acumen
- To be actively involved in all matters related to supervision of subordinates, provide constructive feedback on timely basis to subordinates and peers including regular individual progress discussion with subordinates and/or consistent coaching
