Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Responsibilities- Manage local IT Support Services and IT partners of your location- Collaborate with business/site leaders to implement actions defined by Global IT and the business.- Ensure compliance with Group Information’s Systems, Strategy, Policies and Service.- Propose frameworks, identify the gaps in order to build the IT governance policies and systems.- Formalize issues, follow up and escalation with operations / Information Systems- Contribute to incident and problem management- Liaise with local management to deal with major incidents / crisis management/ demands/ Services/ requests. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, understand their needs and challenges.- Identify needs for end user training / tutorials/ equipment’s/ IT Peripherals- Assist in preparation of budget and follow-up IT costs and manage local IT Hardware stocks- Ability to work with various stakeholders and engage with the right level of communication- Detail oriented and manage relationships with IT vendors and services providers, ensuring external solutions align with business needs and SLA (service level agreements)

Qualification- 10 years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in managerial position in a manufacturing industry- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.- Strong experience in project management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment- Strong experience in IT infrastructure, network and incident management- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
