**Job Description Summary**

**About the Role**
- To support Property Manager in all routine Facility Management duties.
- To ensure scheduled maintenance works are duly carried out in stipulated standards.
- To inspect facilities (weekly or otherwise required) and report building defects.
- To use assigned Computerized Maintenance Management System for work processes.
- To manage projects assigned by Property Managers.
- To manage clients in accordance with company’s Customer Service guidelines.
- To manage and enforce company’s Safety Culture.

**About You**
- Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or relevant disciplines preferred.
- Competent in digital communication.
- Competent in verbal and written English.
