**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Who we are**:

- We a local online beauty brand seeking an E-commerce Assistant to join our small growing team.

**Role**:

- In-charge of online order fulfilment, quality control and packing of orders.
- Responsible for coordinating delivery/pick-ups with 3rd party delivery vendors.

**Benefits**:

- 5 day work week 8 hours daily with alternate Saturdays and public holiday (10am to 7pm)
- Office environment.
- 5 mins walk from Boon Keng MRT.
- Gain exposure in the emerging digital marketing and e-commerce industry.
- Annual salary Increment based on performance.

**Requirements**:

- 5 days work week (might require to work on weekend), 10am to 7pm
- Good command of English and basic Chinese (to communicate with overseas customers).
- Must be a people person and able to handle stress.
- Any customer service or customer facing experience will be advantageous.
