We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Assistant to join our team in Singapore. As an E-commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our e-commerce operations by helping to manage our online store, handling customer service queries, and assisting with marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing our online store by updating product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Monitor customer orders and work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Perform Labeling, picking, packing and sorting of products
- Send the parcels to drop off point
- Perform stock-take and cycle count
- Analyze website and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Prepare e-commerce and projected sales, margin forecasts reports
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure product information and pricing is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Any other duties which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee or Lazada, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
