**Job Scope**:
**1. Admissions & Client Management**
- Provide accurate and persuasive information about courses, programs, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Conduct consultations and placement assessments to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads systematically to ensure timely conversions and maintain high enrollment rates.
- Assist with student onboarding, including documentation, invoicing, and coordination with teaching staff.

**2. Marketing & Promotion**
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu), EDMs, and the official website.
- Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials, flyers, and banners.
- Organize and support outreach events such as open houses, holiday workshops, school talks, and education fairs.
- Build partnerships with international schools, community groups, and influencers.

**3. Data & Performance Tracking**
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, sales funnel progress, and lead conversion rates.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to enhance marketing effectiveness and service quality.

**4. Collaboration & Support**
- Liaise with academic coordinators and teachers to ensure smooth handover after enrollment.
- Support internal communication for campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions and marketing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with local and Chinese-speaking families).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in the education sector or a sales/marketing role is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for education.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
