Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
· Follow up on all leads provided by the marketing team and other channels
· Contact parents via phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and in-person consultations to introduce our courses and teaching advantages
· Schedule student assessments, trial lessons, and campus tours
· Manage the entire admissions process from first contact to confirmed enrolment
Channel Development & Student Recruitment
· Actively develop personal and team recruitment channels (parent groups, school area promotions, partner organisations, etc.)
· Collaborate with the marketing team to implement partnership activities and lead generation campaigns
· Gather market feedback and parent needs to help refine recruitment strategies
Event Support
· Assist the marketing team in executing offline events (Open Houses, Education Fairs, Parent Seminars)
· Handle lead registration, parent enquiries, and on-site conversions during events
· Conduct timely follow-up with potential leads post-event to maximise conversions
Data & Reporting
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system
· Provide weekly and monthly reports on conversion rates, client feedback, and channel performance
· Analyse admissions data and recommend improvements for higher efficiency
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, course consultancy, customer service, or related roles (education industry preferred)
· Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken & written) to communicate effectively with parents from diverse backgrounds
· Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with a friendly and approachable personality
· Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment
· Prior experience in tuition centres, enrichment schools, or international school admissions is a plus
· Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and parent activities
