**Roles & Responsibilities**

Boutique international school is looking for an experienced, highly people-cantered Administrative Executive for Admissions, with a proven track record to grow the school's enrolment and to support the Head of Marketing & Admissions and to assist the Administrative Executive for School Operations. We are a multi-cultural, warm, and supportive team that offers educational opportunities to international students of diverse learning preferences and special education needs. We are expanding and looking for a dynamic, patient, professional, and customer-service oriented team player to fill this position and join our family.

**Administrative Executive for Admissions**

The Admissions/Administrative Executive works closely with the Head of Marketing and Admissions to increase enrolment of the school population. Said individual will also have responsibilities with daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the school.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to admissions enquiries including meeting prospective parents and conducting school tours;
- Ensure that new students are enrolled in accordance with the enrolment and guardianship policies as well as other related procedures;
- Ensure compliance with CPE’s requirements and guidelines for student recruitment;
- Prepare ‘Admissions Review Checklist’ for the review of new students;
- Initiate the processing of the PEI student contract and invoices. Ensure that all PEI-Student Contracts are complete and filed in accordance with requirements;
- Ensure the completion of documentation based on the Admissions checklist for student records;
- Coordinate placement assessments/interviews for new students;
- Update and prepare the Admissions Package for potential applicants;
- Invoicing to all prospective and new students;
- Receipt generation for payments;
- Preparation of FPS insurance and submission;
- Compile admissions related statistics on new student enrolment data;
- Assist in the welcoming of new students at the beginning of each semester;
- Attend school events and other marketing activities;
- Provide administrative support to Head of Admissions and Marketing;
- Attend to Front desk matters;
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Principal and Deputy Principal;
**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in education/communication & marketing/business administration/HR and/or relevant fields;
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in education admissions/sales/marketing;
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and international environment;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Office 365;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to take initiative to drive innovative and collaborative initiatives to contribute to the growth of the school;
- Bookkeeping skills is a plus;
