**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Concierge Desk and Bell Services Staff.
- Perform all tasks including but not limited to managing and supervising all Concierge activities and colleagues; valet parking and transportation requirements; attending to guests’ enquiries and requests; sharing insights on happenings in Singapore or product updates obtained through Les Clefs d’Or or any external sources with the rest of the Front of the House team.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct periodic trainings to ensure all Front of the House colleagues are competent in all aspects of Concierge operations according to established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate, plan and prepare work and vacation schedule for Concierge team taking into consideration projected occupancy, forecasts and large group movements.
- Maintain and ensure all Concierge and Bell Services staff follows the Hotel's grooming standard.
- Ensure that the lobby, driveway and all work stations are always kept in an orderly fashion and clean.
- Ensure effective shift hand-over and communication among all Front Office team.
- Ensure all service standards are adhered to and constructive feedback are provided to enhance performance.
- Review, monitor, resolve guest requests, feedback and issues pertaining to services standards and communicate information to all relevant departments.
- Ensure that all arriving guests are greeted at the driveway and walked to the respective areas within the hotel and all departing guests are thanked for their business and encouraged for return visit.
- Perform any other job tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Outgoing, meticulous and service-oriented.
