Job Title: Head Bartender

Reports to: General Manager

Job Overview: The Head Bartender is responsible for managing all aspects of the bar, including creating cocktails, training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Head Bartender will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the bar operates smoothly and efficiently, and that all drinks served meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop unique and creative cocktails and other beverages, with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients.
- Manage inventory and ordering, ensuring that the bar has adequate supplies of all necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Train and manage bar staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the bar menu, mixing techniques, and customer service.
- Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager or General Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the bar in the community.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new mixing techniques, and incorporate these into the bar menu.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to create and develop unique and creative cocktails.
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, including wines, beers, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
