- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment maintenance and sanitation procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations, ensuring responsible service practices are followed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, attending training sessions and networking events as necessary.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, reconciling cash drawers and maintaining records of sales.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing decisions, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
