**Scope of Duties (including but not limited to)**:

- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service;
- Ensure mise-en-place and beverages are prepared;
- Prepare and serve drinks as part of bar duties and perform floor service as needed;
- Interact with customers positively and identify needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;
- Assist in-stock inventory and requisition, including regular accurate stock-takes as required;
- Assist the Head Bartender in control of beverage and wage cost, maximising sales, generating revenue and proposing ideas for service and products to maintain a competitive edge and enhance customer experience;
- Support Head Bartender in the implementation and/or follow-up of procedures and processes;
- Strict adherence to standards operating procedures, food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices;
- Report all equipment and people issues to Head Bartender in a timely manner;
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the premises and operating equipment; and
- Strict adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
