Company Description

VOLUXIS are a well-established private jet charter and management company, holding a worldwide UK and San Marino AOC. We currently manage a diverse fleet of aircraft, including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Hawker and Embraer aircraft.

Due to the onboarding of further aircraft and the addition of a San Marino AOC, VOLUXIS are seeking a Aircraft Account Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Aircraft Management in the APAC region.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a professional to join our team who is commercially and operationally astute and motivated by providing service beyond expectations. Duties of this role will include but are not limited to:

- Managing communication between APAC based Aircraft Owners, Charter Sales Brokers and Voluxis Head Office in the UK
- Working with the Operations team to ensure flight itineraries & related requests are carried out accurately and in a timely manner
- Identifying and building relationships with aircraft owners and potential aircraft management clients in the APAC region
- Organise 3rd party private jet charter and other ad-hoc transportation requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal & external owners and charter broker clients
- Work closely with the Cabin Services Manager and Lead Flight Attendants
- Liaising with Client Services and Finance to deliver monthly reporting
- Assisting Voluxis UK with aircraft sales transactions and aircraft management onboarding processes for APAC based owners.
- Working with the CAMO department regarding planning and coordination of aircraft maintenance, whilst managing owners expectations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the private aviation industry, preferably aircraft management, private jet charter, aircraft sales or Operations
- Familiarity/working knowledge of all aspects of aircraft management, e.g. Operations, Finance and CAMO functions.
- Account management experience relating to private aviation clients and other UHNWI/VVIPs
- Ability to work well within a specialist team
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised - able to handle multiple, and on occasion, conflicting priorities
