Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide business and research support to the Directors
- Liaise with internal and external parties to manage and monitor take on process
- Ensure business research projects are executed in an accurate and timely manner
- Actively participate in business analysis and insight generation to provide high quality and active solutions for our clients
- Assist in the company’s day-to-day operations and facilitate clients onboarding process such as preparing document for funds and investor KYC including liaising with 3rd party service providers
- Other ad-hoc projects that may be essential to the firm or as directed by management
**Key Requirements**:

- Preferably 1 - 3 years of experience in the fund management industry
- University graduate in any faculty (Preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines)
- Excellent in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred as the role requires translation of documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven, ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as a team player
- A genuine desire to grow and journey in a startup
