**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the end-to-end research and analysis of marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and/or retention
- Devising methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls
- Gathering data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions and analyzing this using statistical software
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researchers and implement best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics or related field
- Experience in Business Intelligence/Marketing Analytics in tech/e-commerce or fast-paced environment is preferred
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates excellent organization skills, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Advanced in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
