**VACANT POSITION**:Research Analyst

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contribute to research projects commissioned by clients, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Data collection via various means depending on the project scope, including social listening, desktopresearch, as well as qualitative and quantitative studies
- Design of discussion guides and surveys for qualitative and quantitative research purposes
- Liaise with external data providers or vendors
- Interpret and analyze raw data; produce relevant data visualizations to be included in reports to the client
- Generate insights and recommendations based on findings

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Over 4years of experience in market research, consulting or consumer insights, preferably China-related
- Experience in working on quantitative and qualitative research projects (e.g., U&A, brand health audit, retail audit, consumer satisfaction, brand tracking, concept evaluation, etc.)
- Clear understanding of quantitative and qualitative research techniques, skills and tools
- Experiencewith social listening tools, especially those related to the China market (e.g., Meltwater, Launchmetrics, ReHub, etc.), is a plus
- Team player that is motivated and responsible
- Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English and Chinese
