- Job description**About the role**
We are now looking to grow our global footprint and looking for **Business Development Representatives** to join us.
As a **Business Development Representative (BDR),** you will proactively generate and qualify outbound leads and initiate sales opportunities. This role provides a potential career development path into a Business Development Manager role, in which you will have the opportunity to grow and own your own client base and sales pipeline.
This role will be based in Singapore with the opportunity to work the ASEAN & ANZ market
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify target industries, accounts, and decision-makers
- Qualify leads to uncover/develop their needs and determine fit with our solutions
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with sales qualified leads
- Utilize CRM system to track activities, update lead information, and report on progress

**Skills and Competencies**:
- You will bring with you proven experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity qualification in the B2B segment
- You will have the ambition to learn, grow and develop, have the ability to work independently as well as a team player and understand that building both internal and external relationships will be the key to your success
- You will have an interest in the sales enablement space
- As the BDR you will have exceptional communication skills and be able to confidently communicate about KF Digital products with senior level stakeholders.
**Professional Experience/Qualifications**:
- English-language fluency to work with regional colleagues and global share services teams.
- 2-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation in B2B segment
**Education**:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally from a human resources, organizational psychology, or economics/management background.
