**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Crestron Programming**:

- Develop and implement Crestron control system programs.
- Configure and program Crestron hardware and software for various AV systems.

**2. **Customer & Programming Support**:

- Provide expert support for AV customers and programming tasks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot audio and video components to resolve issues promptly.

**3. **Needs Analysis & Solution Generation**:

- Conduct needs analysis calls with customers to understand their AV requirements.
- Generate and present solution PPTs that effectively communicate proposed AV solutions.

**4. **Technology & Solution Suggestions**:

- Suggest suitable technology and solutions to clients based on their needs and budget.
- Design and program systems that utilize multiple OEM platforms to achieve cost-effective results.

**5. **Project Management**:

- Manage AV projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

**6. **System Integration & Implementation**:

- Oversee the integration and implementation of AV systems for clients.
- Ensure systems are properly integrated and fully functional upon installation.

**7. **Support & Maintenance**:

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for AV systems post-implementation.
- Address and resolve any system issues to maintain optimal performance.

**8. **Regional Client Support**:

- Support regional clients, including Crestron, AMX, Extron, and other similar platforms.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

**Qualifications:
**Education**

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.

**Experience**

4-5 years of programming experience in the AV industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Crestron programming
- Experience with other AV platforms such as AMX and Extron.
- Strong understanding of AV system design and integration.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot AV components.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar platforms.
- Experience with regional client support and handling multiple AV projects
