Roles & Responsibilities

**Position Summary**
- Expert in AV control systems programming: Crestron, Extron, AMX
- Able to debug and troubleshoot erroneous codes
- Perform testing and commissioning of AV systems
- Very good knowledge and experience of audiovisual (AV) and video teleconferencing (VTC) technologies.
- Understand basic AV signal flow and can-do basic on-site troubleshooting. Provide on-site support or system maintenance service if required.
- Experience with unified communication systems and professional presentation setups.
- Able to understand AV design and shop drawings.
- Good experience in co-coordinating with 3rd party vendors and assisting project managers on AV project deployment.
**Skills & Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in AV control systems programming
- Possess the following certifications: CTS, CTI-P201, ECP, Biamp TesiraForte
- Ability to complete assigned task in given timeline
- Good Communication skills
**Personal Qualities and Behavioural traits**
- Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours
- Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members
- Ability to do proper coordination with customers onsite.
- Should be able to perform required tasks in a given project timeline.
