**Working Hours**:
Mondays to Thursdays: 8am - 5.30pm, Fridays: 8am - 5pm
- Services not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

**Job Description:
**ICT Support & Services**:

- Support procurement processes and liaise with vendors.
- Provide technical support (i.e. accounts and passwords related matters)
- Regular updating of official website

**AV Support & Services**
- Work closely and coordinate with relevant parties for procurement, installation and maintenance of AV equipment.
- Manage the operation and maintenance of equipment in the media studio, as well as support the running of programmes in the studio.
- Conduct stock take quarterly for AV equipment in the school and report loss or damages.
- Troubleshoot AV equipment for all teaching and learning purposes.
- Provide AV support for face-to-face and virtual events and activities, including Speech Day, CNY concert, Parent-Teacher Conferences, weekly assemblies etc.
- Assists Media club in logístical and technical matters.
- Manage and update the TV Messaging System.
- Take photos of new staff and students, and during school events when necessary
- Assist with the editing and processing of the photos for publication.

**ICT Education**:
**Other ad-hoc ICT-related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:

- Diploma qualification in IT or other diploma in a related field.
- Team player with good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and high level of initiative.
- Prior coaching experience in ICT-related programmes.
