Reporting to the CEO, the role will lead brand strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and the growth of flagship initiatives to strengthen the organisation's role as a trusted innovation catalyst. The role drives cross-functional collaboration, strategic outreach, and high-impact engagement across the research, innovation, and enterprise ecosystem.

**Description**

This role will lead strategic initiatives across marketing, communications, and partnerships to strengthen the organisation's position as a trusted innovation catalyst.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Strategic Marketing Leadership**:Develop and drive the long-term marketing and brand strategy to position the organisation as a leading innovation catalyst, ensuring alignment across all internal teams and external initiatives.
- **Flagship Event Ownership**:Lead the conceptualisation, development, and expansion of the organisation's flagship innovation event, growing its influence as a platform for connecting enterprises, technology providers, and partners.
- **Partnerships Development**:Design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to build, deepen, and manage high-value collaborations with local and international stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with internal departments to integrate marketing, communications, and partnership efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and maximising outreach effectiveness across industries and geographies.
- **Team Leadership and Organisational Growth**:Lead and mentor a diverse team, instilling a growth-oriented mindset, cultivating collaboration across functions, and playing an active role in developing the next generation of leaders within the organisation.
- **Operational Excellence**:Establish and refine internal processes to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of marketing, communications, and partnership functions.

**Profile**
- At least 8 years experience working across a range of industries, technology ecosystems, or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience **developing and executing strategies or programmes in a B2B environment.**:

- A strong track record of **leading high-performing, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams**to achieve or exceed goals.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
