**The Role**
We are looking for a super ambitious, super confident Client Marketing Director to join our Client Marketing team. Acting as the client’s trusted advisor, you’ll lead all aspects of the accounts from marketing strategy and campaign direction to team performance, service excellence and commercial management for accounts across Asia Pacific region.
Passionate about integrated marketing, you should be familiar with B2B buying cycles, customer journeys and personas. Having solid knowledge of short and long-form content types and multi-channels, especially digital and social media is a must.
And if you have IT/technology marketing and/or ABM experience it would be the icing on the cake
This position can be based in **Sydney, Australia or Singapore.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Strategic B2B marketing consultancy, advice and best practice recommendations
- Planning, direction and control of client programs and campaigns
- Leading client briefing meeting and workshops
- Brainstorming creative and messaging ideas
- New business pitches, RFPs and proposals
- Client SOW/MSA agreements, renewals and negotiations
- Senior stakeholder relationship building and networking
- Account growth planning and execution
- Account reviews, performance assessments, value measurement and ROI
- Line management and performance development
- Commercial forecasting, pipeline management, programme estimating, revenue recognition and utilisation reporting
**What You’ll Bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree (in marketing or a related field would be ideal, but not essential)
- 8+ years B2B marketing experience (either agency or client side)
- Experience across research, strategy, content and activation
- Sound understanding of the latest B2B marketing trends, challenges and opportunities
- Sound understanding of B2B tech enterprise vendor ecosystem
- Can confidently give strategic marketing advice
- Can demonstrate ability to win new business and grow existing client accounts
- Ability to lead and develop teams within a cross-functional agile structure.
- Confident at senior relationship building and stakeholder management
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Passionate about marketing excellence
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills to ensure timely execution of programs
- A tenacious, can do attitude, self-motivator and able to pivot quickly to resolve rising issues
