Reporting to the Director (Marketing & Digital Communications), the Deputy Director (Integrated Marketing) is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, branding and positioning for PA. With increased brand awareness and wider audience reach as key deliverables of this role - s/he will succeed by strategically aligning the development of brand and content assets to brand narrative and positioning as well as ensure that all PA’s digital marketing efforts are harmonised within the wider integrated marketing framework.

Reporting to the Director (Marketing & Digital Communications), the Deputy Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, branding and positioning for PA.

This position leverages digital, traditional and partnership marketing tools to implement marketing strategy across all platforms including PA’s corporate website and marketing, including online and offline channels. S/he is also responsible for driving engagement, marketing, and brand positioning across all PA’s key platforms and touchpoints.

The Deputy Director of Integrated Marketing will seek to elevate marketing metrics and other assessment tools to determine target market demographics and behaviour, determine market niche and segmented markets; and identify market dynamics, patterns and behaviours to support overall marketing strategy as well as establish suitable frameworks to measure marketing success.

As Integrated Marketing team leads PA’s overall marketing efforts, this role plays an instrumental role in ensuring alignment with the refreshed PA brand, working across the wider PA network and with Senior Management to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote PA’s image and brand identity.

To do this, s/he will work closely with the Brand Strategy and Digital Comms teams to strategically align the development of content assets to brand narrative and positioning, ensuring that all PA’s digital marketing efforts are harmonised within the wider integrated marketing framework.
