**About Us**

The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) is dedicated to promoting Korea as a premier travel destination. Our Singapore Office plays a crucial role in increasing awareness and interest in Korea among Southeast Asian travelers, especially in Singapore market. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Director to join our team and contribute to our mission.

As the Deputy Director, you will support the Director in overseeing all aspects of the Singapore Office's operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote Korea as a travel destination.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, airlines, media, and governmental bodies.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the tourism industry.
- Organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and media fam tours.
- Overseeing the office's budget and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Foster partnerships with local and regional travel industry stakeholders.
- Analyze market data to guide strategic decisions.
- Represent KTO at industry events and meetings.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Singapore Office.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, tourism, or a related industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Korean language is a plus.
