**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**
- Perform full scope of recruitment activities from job posting to screening including onboarding & offboarding
- Utilize various recruiting tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems, social media, and job boards, to attract top talent
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

**HR**
- Provide support to employees on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and HR databases
- Prepare HR letters such as letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion and termination etc
- Handle employee general queries on leave, employee wellness claims etc
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, employee engagement and welfare, and other employee benefits
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Familiar with recruiting tools and technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labor Law
