We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Grooming Assistant to support our professional groomers in providing exceptional pet care services. This role is ideal for an individual with prior pet handling experience who desires to grow their career in the grooming industry.

  • Monday to Sunday: 9am to 6pm
  • Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist groomers with bathing, blow-drying, brushing, nail trimming, and preparation for full grooming.
  • Safely and confidently handle pets, including those that may be anxious, senior, or excitable.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic grooming environment, including disinfecting tools and equipment.
  • Provide attentive care to pets to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the grooming process.
  • Support daily salon operations such as preparing pets for appointments and post-groom clean-up.
Requirements:
  • Able to work at least 1 weekend per week
  • No allergies to animals, their food, or supplies
  • Previous experience handling pets (in grooming, boarding, daycare, or similar settings).
  • Confidence in working with pets of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions from senior groomers.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for animals.
  • Physically able to handle active pets and stand for extended periods.
