**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing excellent customer service. The Account Manager will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling services, resolving customer issues, and achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in account management and customer service
- Knowledge of telecommunications and managed services
- Ability to understand and meet client needs
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
