An Established Immigration agency is looking for a dynamic, client-focused **Account Manager** to join our team and help drive customer success and retention.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Foster strong, strategic relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, needs, and challenges.
- Manage daily interactions with clients, addressing questions and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including sales, product, and support—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
- Provide timely updates and follow-through on client requests, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or higher
- Basic Microsoft office knowledge
- Preferred experience in account management, client services, or customer success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
