Main Responsibilities:

- You will be a part of a highly skilled project team who is working on different digitalization projects worldwide. Your financial industry (banking) and IT knowledge will help analyze FNZ/Appway customers' organizational structures and business processes; investigate their architectural needs and explore existing legacy solutions
- You will be responsible for defining and managing requirements as well as designing business processes that formalize existing, informal processes, and integrate existing legacy systems. Therefore, you need to work closely with all stakeholders and ensure that we will meet their expectations
- You are the connector between the client and our Solution Architects. You must ensure that our clients get the most out of our products by effectively translating clients’ needs into system requirements on the FNZ/Appway Platform. You will be one of the primary contacts for our clients during the whole project phase. With a consultative, proactive and diplomatic approach you will maximize the value and success of each Appway project
- You will lead different workshops and meetings during the whole client lifecycle starting with pre-sales activities to ensure that we get it right from the beginning to closing and re-engage with the client
- You will be responsible for all UAT's within the project. Thus, you are a key person when it comes to delivering not only the scope defined but also in the quality we expected
- Your creativity and ideas will help our customers to higher efficiency, better control processes and simplified business
- You will help us continue to bring in the latest practices on consulting and continue to develop our materials to drive customers to achieve success with FNZ/Appway

**Requirements**:

- You have a Bachelor or Master in IT, Information Systems or Banking as well as work experience as Consultant, in FSI or IT for 3+ years
- You are passionate about banking and technology, want to learn continuously but also have the problem-solver DNA, which helps you in understanding a problem quickly and thinking of innovative and creative solutions to the problem
- You have strong soft skills, you are comfortable relating to customers at all levels and like to take lead and present your opinions and ideas
- You have good project management as well as BPMN knowledge and basic understanding of web technologies (GUI, HTML, Java Script, CSS, Ajax, XML)
- You are fluent in English
- You are willing to travel
