**Job Details**

They are seeking a talented and passionate **Fragrance Evaluator** to join their dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will collaborate closely with perfumers and clients, contributing to the creation and refinement of fragrances that meet market and customer demands. You’ll have the chance to work with major global players in the fragrance and beauty industries, ensuring the development of world-class products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with perfumers and clients to evaluate and refine fragrance formulations.
- Provide feedback on fragrance compositions, ensuring they align with client expectations and market trends.
- Stay updated on fragrance trends and consumer preferences to provide insightful recommendations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Work closely with the Creative Fragrance Manager to develop creative and commercially viable fragrance solutions.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience in fragrance evaluation, preferably within a fragrance house or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of fragrance ingredients, composition, and market trends.
- Excellent sensory and olfactory skills with the ability to distinguish subtle fragrance nuances.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for creativity and innovation in the fragrance industry.
- **Product Development / Application Professionals**: Those with experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors who have worked on fragrance-infused products.
- **Scent Marketing or Sensory Analysts**: Professionals with a background in scent marketing or sensory analysis related to olfactory products.
- **Fragrance Enthusiasts**: Individuals with relevant experience in adjacent industries such as luxury goods, aromatherapy, or cosmetics, passionate about transitioning into fragrance evaluation.
