Our client is a renowned fragrance creation house with a strong presence in Asia. With advanced R&D facilities and in-house creative labs, this company is recognized for delivering high-performance, market-relevant scent solutions to regional clients.

  • Manage the creation of new fragrances to ensure they meet project specifications and are delivered within deadlines.
  • Refine and adapt existing fragrance formulas to align with client briefs, internal quality standards, or to address raw material shortages.
  • Sources and proposes new raw materials based on their technical performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams during customer visits to provide expert support in presentations and technical discussions.
  • Lend expertise to evaluation panels for new fragrances and raw materials.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality control issues as they arise.
  • Support the perfumery training and development of other staff members when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in the fragrance industry, with expertise in fragrance innovation.

  • Experience in consumer fragrances, including home care, personal care, and air care.
  • Ability to translate complex GCMS data into market-ready fragrance formulas.
  • Refined sense of smell for precise scent evaluation, supported by a technical knowledge base.
  • Presentation abilities to articulate creative ideas and technical details clearly to both colleagues and clients.
  • Experience in a dynamic fragrance development environment.
  • International exposure or demonstrated experience operating within international markets is a preferred qualification.

The designated title will be commensurate with the candidate's years of experience and category expertise.
