Job Title: Fragrance Developer

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Developer to join our team in Singapore, supporting Fabric Care categories across Southeast Asia. This position offers outstanding opportunities for personal growth and professional development in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

The successful candidate will be an olfactive development expert, guiding Perfumers in the fragrance creation process and contributing to the strategic development of fragrances and new technologies that resonate with consumers.

About The Role:

As a Fragrance Developer, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative fragrances that meet customer needs. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from conceptualization to launch, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our fragrances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fragrance strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with perfumers to create innovative and effective fragrances
  • Conduct sensory evaluation and testing to ensure fragrance quality
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of fragrance development activities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of fragrance development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
