Fragrance Strategist

A creative and strategic role where you will shape the olfactive identity of Home Care brands across Southeast Asia.

• Define fragrance development strategies and creative processes.
• Lead the olfactive vision for assigned customers and drive proactive and reactive initiatives in all Home Care categories.

In this role, you will work closely with Perfumers, Marketing, Consumer Market Research team, and Laboratory teams to deliver winning fragrance solutions that resonate with consumers and support our business objectives.

1. Translate consumer insights into clear olfactive directions for Perfumers.
2. Evaluate and prioritize fragrance submissions for testing, manage stability trials, and troubleshoot with the Lab.
3. Collaborate with other regional creative centers and regional teams to support international and cross-regional projects.
4. Partner with the commercial team to align fragrance development with business needs and objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10+ years of experience in the fragrance industry, preferably within Home Care categories.
• Demonstrated expertise in fragrance development and evaluation, preferably for Home Care formats and across diverse markets, ideally including Asia.
• Strong consumer understanding and ability to translate insights into fragrance guidelines.
• Track record managing global, regional and local accounts and strategic projects.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver with agility.
• Deep technical knowledge of fragrance behavior and stability across various Home Care applications.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and customers alike.
• Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
