
Product Manager, Marketplace Listing

**Responsibilities**:

In Local Services, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative. At the same time, Local Services creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency. Responsibilities: - Define and drive product strategy for Local Services listing growth and maturity, including competitive-gap expansion, demand-driven assortment growth, BML price-comparison capabilities, and listing-tier strategies; improve supply coverage and listing sell-through. - Design and operate incentive & leveling programs that move merchants up the listing ladder. - Match tailored listing playbooks to segmented user goals and business scenarios; use data and research to spot trends, surface opportunities, and build actionable roadmaps. - Partner with Operations, Consumer Product, Merchandising, Creator, and Search teams to align listing-stage tactics and merchant rewards.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years product or strategy experience in marketplace listings, merchant growth, or pricing domain. - Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured product specs and ship them. - Being familiar with Axure, XMind and other major tools and able to turn ideas into clear user flows, crisp PRDs, and actionable tech specs. Preferred Qualifications - Deep familiarity with global content or commerce platforms. - Prior experience launching new SKUs or listings in international markets. - Local services or traveling industrial experiences.
