We are a fast-growing start-up in the automotive space aiming to disrupt the way cars are discovered, bought, and sold. Since its launch in mid-2019, we are now the fastest growing online car marketplace in Singapore.

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager to join our team and build the leading automotive marketplace in Singapore and in the region.

**Core Responsibilities | As a Marketplace Operations Manager, you will**:

- Support the Head of Marketplace in day-to-day business operations with insights, strategy planning and OKR/KPI management.
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Spearhead initiatives crucial for business growth and design optimal workflows with clear scope and actionable milestones that others can follow and execute easily.
- Drive strategic planning and operational improvements by actively reviewing our processes, infrastructure, and resource allocation.
- Ideate and design new features proactively to provide a seamless experience for our users.
- Draw key insights from large datasets to discover trends, identify bottlenecks and uncover opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Identify potential roadblocks and devise contingency plans that will mitigate issues effectively during implementation.
- Lead the team to prioritise projects/tasks strategically and set timelines to achieve goals promptly.
- Develop reports and reporting formats that track short & long term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance.
- Develop models for performance tracking and process optimisation to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Foster communication and collaboration among cross functional teams to drive alignment and establish win-win outcomes.

**Job Specifications | Requirements**:

- Min. 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles ideally in the eCommerce/tech environment
- Excel (vlookup, pivot table, charts) and PowerPoint skills
- Have a “find the failure in the system” attitude
- Knowledge of data management is a big plus
- Excellent analytical thinker and comfortable to work with large data set
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Can work under pressure; Assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a very strong drive
- Self-motivated and get-it-done attitude. You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful
