Singapore National Council of Social Service Full time

**What the role is**
- NCSS deploys a Social Service Sector Brand approach through four strategic pillars of target audiences, to inspire the public into considering careers in social service. These four pillars are: (1) the Public in general, (2) Students in Institutes of Higher Learning, (3) Mid-Careerists, and (4) the Social Service Tribe - a community of over 16,500 social service professionals. The objective is to raise national awareness of social service related careers and jobs to enable talent attraction and retention.
The incumbent will work on key programmes/ initiative to attract manpower to build the capability and capacity of the social service sector by providing career advisory, schemes such as Career Conversion Programme for Social Workers (CCPSW) and partnerships with employers, partners and funders.
This role will also support in all of the above four pillars, in his/her role as a key member of the Sector Manpower - Strategy & Development team.
Other roles and projects may be included from time to time.
- Administrative role in managing the finance and procurement related processes: Gebiz, PO, P2P, Application Management System, such as CCPSW.
- Support in tracking and collation of documents for claims, reimbursement, bond commencement and completion, course related matters, etc
- Administration support in drafting letters of agreement and undertaking required by programme.
- Update and manage programme databases;
- Provide administrative and logistic support, such as arrangements of meeting/briefings, rental of venues and consolidate invitation list.
- Facilitate, organise and conduct outreach activities and events to promote career opportunities in the sector, including CCPSW.
- Perform other relevant support duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

**Experience**:

- Relevant work experience in administrative, finance or marketing roles would be an advantage
